Entry to our programmes is assessed on your academic qualifications and your professional experience. Neither the GMAT nor the GRE forms part of our entry requirements.

Most programmes offer more than one route in, including a mature entry route for applicants without a first degree who bring substantial professional experience. Places filled through mature entry are capped at 25% of the intake on the programmes that operate that cap, and mature applicants are interviewed to confirm eligibility.

If a route below looks close but not exact, speak with Admissions rather than assuming you are ineligible.

Undergraduate

Bachelor of International Business.

CSEC route · four years

A minimum of five CSEC/CXC General Proficiency subjects or GCE O’Level passes at Grades I, II or III. English A and Mathematics are mandatory. Applicants may also qualify with a High School Grade 12 transcript, or equivalent, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Includes the Bridging Year.

CAPE route · three years

A minimum of two CAPE or A’Level passes, with both Unit 1 and Unit 2 completed for each subject. Communication Studies and Caribbean Studies are not considered for admission purposes. Grades I to V are accepted.

Alternative entry

Holders of Professional Certificates, Diplomas or Associate Degrees from ACTT-accredited institutions may be considered for the three-year route, case by case, with a minimum graduating GPA of 2.5.

Postgraduate

Entry routes by programme.

MBA

Degree route: a bachelor’s degree with at least a 2.5 GPA or Lower Second Class Honours, plus three years’ post-graduation work experience.
Mature entry: relevant professional training and a minimum of seven years’ experience.

MHRM

Route one: a bachelor’s degree at Upper Second Class Honours (3.0 GPA) or higher, no work experience required.
Route two: Lower Second Class Honours (2.5 GPA) plus two years’ work experience.
Mature entry: seven years at management or supervisory level, with professional certification.

MMM

Route one: a bachelor’s degree at Upper Second Class Honours (3.0 GPA) or higher, no work experience required.
Route two: Lower Second Class Honours (2.5 GPA) plus two years’ work experience.
Mature entry: seven years at management or supervisory level, with professional certification.

MFM

Route one: a degree with Financial Accounting and Management Accounting components at 2.5 GPA, plus two years’ relevant experience.
Route two: a diploma in Finance, Insurance or Banking with five years’ senior experience, or ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification.
Route three: by exception, the same degree at 3.0 GPA without work experience. There is no mature entry route.

MSMEM

Route one: a bachelor’s degree at Upper Second Class Honours (3.0 GPA) plus two years’ work experience.
Route two: Lower Second Class Honours (2.5 GPA) plus two years’ work experience.
Mature entry: a professional certificate or diploma with five years as a senior manager in a family business or SME.

MIB

Degree route: a bachelor’s degree at Lower Second Class Honours or the GPA equivalent.
Mature entry: at least seven years’ relevant supervisory or managerial experience, with professional development in the last three to five years. An assessment interview is required.

Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Administration

Degree route: a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or equivalent.
Non-degree route: five years’ business sector experience plus evidence of continuing professional development. An interview is required.

Graduate Certificate in Organizational Administration

Degree route: a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or equivalent.
Non-degree route: five years’ business sector experience plus evidence of continuing professional development. An interview is required.

English language

If your first degree was not taught in English.

Applicants whose native language is not English, and who did not complete a first degree taught in English, are required to submit a score for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Applicants whose bachelor’s degree was taught in English are exempt from this requirement.
