Our mission
Inciting Innovation, Motivating Change and Transforming Lives
The School exists to develop extraordinary, innovative leaders with the capacity to make a profound difference — in their own careers, in the organisations they lead, and in the wider region.
Our vision
Leaders who reshape business and society.
The ALJGSB will mould individuals into extraordinary, innovative leaders who positively reshape business and society while constantly challenging the status quo.
What we stand for
Four pillars.
The School's work is organised around four commitments.
Leadership
Developing leaders with the capacity to make a profound difference.
Transformation
Changing how organisations think, decide and operate.
Entrepreneurship
Building the ventures and ideas the region needs.
Impact
Work that reaches beyond the classroom into business and society.
Accreditation and standing
Accredited by AMBA since 2003.
The School holds programmatic accreditation from the UK-based Association of MBAs, a distinction that places it within the top 2% of business schools globally and gives graduates lifetime access to the AMBA network.
Through our partnership with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), degrees carry additional professional recognition.
Academic standards are aligned with The University of the West Indies (The UWI) and the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT).
Leadership
Who runs the School.
The School is led by its executive team, supported by faculty drawn from practice and research across the region. Meet the leadership team or meet the faculty.
