Consulting
Our expertise.
Five practice areas, nine development consulting specialisms, and a team that has led consultancies across the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Africa and the United States.
How we work
A specialised engagement model.
Supported by a network of consultants, in-house industry experts, research academics and teaching faculty, our Consulting Team engages in local and regional projects in both the public and private sector. We have adopted a highly specialised engagement model, which allows us to satisfy each client's particular needs and deliver added-value solutions.
We bring academic research and new knowledge to your organisation to help you prepare for the future of business — a mix of the expertise and rigour of academia, combined with our consultants' experience in international organisations and an understanding of the Caribbean environment. As a business school with projects and faculty across the Caribbean, we have a 360-degree view of business development in the region. We understand the challenges that public and private organisations face and the need for accountability, scalability and long-term sustainability.
