Improving Communication and Stakeholder Engagement at Belize Water Services

Client: Belize Water Services Ltd

Funding agency: Caribbean Development Bank

Establishing clear guidelines for engaging communities in water projects, reviewing communication practices and policies within BWS with recommendations for change, and building capacity in the PR team for future internal and external engagement.

Preparation of a Purchasing Policy

Client: Trinidad Generation Unlimited (TGU)

Review and update of TGU's existing procurement policy and drafting of the standard operating procedures.

Development of a National Curriculum, Montserrat

Client: Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, Montserrat

Funding agency: Government of Montserrat

Developing and writing the national curriculum for all subjects in primary and secondary school and a curriculum development framework from early childhood education through to post-secondary level, ensuring alignment to the Caribbean Examinations Council, with capacity building support on curriculum development.

Generation Unlimited — Youth Development Roadmap and Country Investment Agenda

Providing critical data and a well-articulated roadmap and recommended investment agenda to inform youth-focused strategies over the following three to five years.

Catalogue of Services and Programmes for Women's Economic Empowerment

Creating a comprehensive, user-friendly catalogue of services to enhance the economic empowerment of survivors of domestic and gender-based violence.

Measures to Support Civil Society Organisations in Trinidad and Tobago

Client: Civil society organisations that support business in Trinidad and Tobago

Strengthening the capacity of forty national and local CSOs and improving their effectiveness in the decision-making and implementation of national and local policies related to business and the economy, through training, sub-grants and conferences.

Action Plan for the Enhancement of the T A Marryshow Community College, Grenada

Client: Ministry of Education, Human Development and the Environment, Grenada

Funding agency: Caribbean Development Bank

Strengthening TAMCC operations for teaching, learning and administration across five deliverables — a finance and resource mobilisation plan, a student services improvement plan, a gender action plan, an environmental and social management plan and a physical development plan — integrated into a single action plan that also provides for enhancing the College's capacity to deliver technical-vocational (TVET) programmes.

Creation of a National Services Export Registry, Trinidad and Tobago

Client: Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Service Industries

Training and consultancy services ensuring that all applicable processes and systems at the Bureau met the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

A social innovation lab developed with the Citi Foundation to address challenges faced by young people in Trinidad and Tobago, building on local initiatives and global developments in social innovation.

Promoting awareness and adoption of business analytics solutions to improve the strategic planning, decision-making and business processes of firms, in support of sustainable economic growth and competitiveness in Trinidad and Tobago.

Assessment of the business environment in Suriname with respect to fostering sustainable enterprises and promoting increases in productivity.
